Steps to log a ticket:
1. Go to the portal https://support-cebu.smartkargo.com
2. Login with your email and password
3. Select "submit a ticket" from the tabs on top
4. Enter the subject
5. Enter description on how the issue was encountered by the user
6. Add a priority (blocker, critical, major, low or trivial)
7. Attach screenshots or documents for better understanding of the issue
8. click on submit
